The camp reserves the right to exclude or refuse entry or the participation of any players at any time prior to or during the coaching course if in our opinion and for any reason the participation of that player is not compatible with the provision to others present of general enjoyment / coaching, safety and well being of the other participants/players at the soccer camp.

If a players is excluded from the camp, no refund will be given. The Parent/guardian of a participant/player must inform the academy prior to commencement of the course of any medical condition known or suspected of the participant/player which may effect the health or well being of the player/participant. The Camp shall be entitled to request a medical certificate (at no cost to the camp) confirming the fitness and ability of the participant /player.

The camp shall be entitled to suspend participation in the course until satisfactory medical evidence is received. The camp does not accept liability for loss or damage of any nature howsoever arising to any property belonging to a participant/player or of any other person attending the course. It is the responsibility of the parents/ guardians of any participant/player at the camp to ensure that the camp are informed of where they can be contacted in case of emergency at any time. Confirmation of your reservation on the coaching course will follow receipt by us of your booking form. Payment is considered acceptance by the participant, parent / guardian of the terms and conditions hereof.

We reserve the right to alter or amend the dates or venue of the academy. Participants/players unable to attend the new camp will receive a full refund. The camp cannot be responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused or occasioned by any alterations, changes or curtailments caused to the academy by virtue of weather conditions or lack of participants. Cancellations must be provided in writing to the camp and be signed by a parent/guardian. Cancellations will be acknowledged. Cancellations received no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course date shall be eligible for a full refund.

A Ł5 administration charge will be charged for all cancellations received within 30 days of the commencement date of the course. The coaching courses are open to boys and girls between the age of 8 and 15 years. We may request proof of age and in the event of proof not being provided then we reserve the right to exclude the child from further participation until proof is received. We accept no responsibility in respect of any loss damage or inconvenience occasioned thereby. We have taken out any public liability insurance for all participants, but personal injury and personal effects are not included.

The camp cannot be liable for any injury, loss or damage caused or occasioned by the negligence, loss of failure of any other participants/players. Any dispute or claim arising out of, or relating to these conditions shall be referred for Arbitration pursuant to the Arbitration Acts 1950-1979 and a joint Arbitrator thereby instructed. The player, parents/guardians hereby consent to the taking, use of any pictures or recordings taken of their child by the camp and consent to the use at any time thereafter, without charge fee or premium being or becoming payable for the use in advertising, marketing or promotion.
